1 Star Feeder Board created by QuestWin International as a support program for the main QuestWin International program (2 Star Quest Board USD200 and Let's Go Travel Board USD1,000). Here e-partner have an option to join QuestWin International at lower entrance fees that is USD50 only.
When an e-partner join the feeder program at USD50, he got a unit at the 1 Star Feeder Board. At the time he join, he will be assign a board by his introducer.
When the board is full, then the board leader will cycle out from the 1 Star Feeder Board and earn himself USD200 (cycle out for the first time) or USD100 (2nd time there after). At the same time he will get a FREE Re-Entry unit to another 1 Star Feeder Board in which his introducer unit is reside.
The rest 14 units in the board will be re-arrange in 2 new board form by the system base on these rules:
1. Date of entry to the board
2. Unit that already sponsor 2 units
3. Unit that already sponsor 1 unit
4. Unit that have not sponsor any unit
